Terms of Service

By accessing the Digital Media Fix (“DMF”) website or engaging our managed services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms operate alongside your master services agreement or statement of work.
Services
DMF will provide managed IT and cybersecurity services as described in applicable agreements. Service scope, SLAs, and pricing are detailed in your order form or statement of work.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely access to systems, and decision makers required for delivery.
- Maintain valid licenses for third-party software unless otherwise specified.
- Designate primary contacts for approvals, escalations, and incident coordination.
Payment
Fees are payable per the invoicing schedule in your agreement. Late payments may accrue interest or service suspension. Projects or hardware may require upfront deposits.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” except as expressly documented. While we implement industry best practices, no MSP can guarantee complete immunity from incidents.
Liability
DMF’s aggregate liability for claims is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
