Clients remain responsible for internal policies, user training, and selecting HIPAA-capable SaaS platforms. DMF collaborates with internal compliance teams to map shared responsibilities and ensure alignment.

Documentation & Evidence

We help produce policy templates, risk assessments, and audit-ready evidence to support HIPAA reviews as well as overlapping frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
